How the Program Works.

Regardless of whether you’re 8yrs old or an elite athlete, we get to know and understand all of our clients so we can build a picture of you and how we can help. We get to know you and understand your needs and aspirations. A personal approach results in a more personal outcome.

All of our programs ALWAYS begin with Screening and Testing. By creating an individual profile, we gain an insight into areas that need the most attention and where we can make the most difference. This allows even the most seasoned trainers the opportunity to refine technique and gain insights into their movement.

After your assessment, we aim to provide you with a performance plan that will take you toward your goals. This might comprise group training, personal training or a combination of both.

All programs are designed specifically for the people we see in the gym. They aren’t random and take into consideration the goals, attributes and deficiencies of the people we see right in front of us. Using our level system, we’re then able to show you the pathway to your goals, and then take you from wherever you are directly to where you want to be.

We complete testing every 8-12 weeks to ensure you’re moving forward, and sit down with you every 12-weeks to check on your progress and if you would like to reassess you goals.
